- Listening well every complaint submitted by the customer and provide the best solution
- Serving customers with a friendly
- Male / Female, age maximum 28 years
- Education minimum D3
- Have a good tone of voice when talking on the phone
- The best service oriented, think and act in detail
- Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
- Can use a computer, especially the control of MS Office
- Willing to work in shifts
